I believe we need to have better conversations about drugs and alcohol in the workplace.

I talk about workplace drug and alcohol testing, impairment, medical cannabis, employee support and why I believe failure shouldn't automatically mean fire.

 

My approach is based on more than a decade working in workplace substance misuse and over 20 years in training, using real situations and practical experience rather than unnecessary jargon.
